# Chatarmin - How do I link my account?

# Overview

To authenticate with Chatarmin, you need:

1. **API Key** - A key that grants secure access to the Chatarmin API.

This guide will walk you through finding your **API Key** within Chatarmin.

### Prerequisites:

* You must have a Chatarmin account.

### Instructions:

#### Step 1: Find your API Key

1. Log in to your Chatarmin account and navigate to [Settings](https://chatarmin.com/dashboard/profile).
2. Locate the **API Key** section and copy your key.

#### Step 2: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your **API Key**:

1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Chatarmin.
2. Enter your **API Key** in the designated field.
3. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
